Instructional Videos – every lesson comes with an in-depth, instructional video, where I teach you exactly like I would if you were studying here with me personally in my studio. I will virtually “take you by the hand” and walk you, step-by-step, through every exercise and every lesson. I will explain – in precise detail – every exercise, including how we do it and why it works. Then I will demonstrate the exercise for you. Finally, we will do the exercises together as you follow me through each and every one.
